4 Items You'll Need for Spring Break ft. Boohoo
Happy first day of Spring everyone! Although flowers may not be blooming in my neck of the woods yet (NYC), they are definitely blooming somewhere — most likely in your next destination, if you’re as done with the cold as I am. The sun has also been revealing itself more than usual lately, reminding me that it’s about that time to switch my puffers and blanket scarves, to light sweaters and swim suits.
In any case, If you are heading anywhere warm this Spring, here are 4 items you should definitely consider to bring with you:
Starting out with the hottest item of the group, the perfect swim suit is nothing but necessary. I personally adore unique details and earth tones when it comes to choosing swim suits. I love how this particular one has a belt detail attached to the bottom and how the color goes so well with my skin tone.
2. The Perfect Cover Up
You can’t have a swimsuit without a perfect cover up, PERIOD. That’s just a waste photo opportunities at the beach! There are plenty styles of cover-ups, but my most favorites are co-ords (like the one below) and wrap skirts.
3. The Cool and Comfy Pants
I can’t get enough of cool spring/summer pants that stand out of the crowd. These reflective pants attract so much attention, especially at night where it shines the most. They are super comfy for walks around the neighborhood or hanging out with friends. Pair with a graphic tee and dad sneakers for a casual look or a bodysuit and lace-up heels for a night look.
4. The Spring Blazer
Just because the weather is warmer, does not mean it won’t drop to cool in the evening. For these type of situations, bring a lightweight blazer that’s versatile enough to wear from day to night. Wear it with a white tee, shorts and sandals in the day time and white jeans and mules at night.
There’s no such thing as being over prepared!
